1. Choose your casa particular or private houses - Choose a "casa particular" in the first place you want to visit. You can check out the location, pictures, rooms, prices and more information just by clicking on the image or the name of the house. If you need houses in several places, we need you to start again the process for each destination. Our representative in Cuba will take care of all of them as it if were a single reservation.

2. Send your reservation request - Once you have selected your House and your traveling dates, our Location Manager in la Habana will receive an email with your request (you will receive a copy with all the details). He will contact the chosen house/s and will send you an answer confirming the availability, the prices (always within the range shown at the house's brochure on our website) or offering a similar alternative.

3. House confirmation - Once our Location Manger will have confirmed the availability of your House, you will be asked for a re-confirmation. You have to answer in order to honour your booking.

Once done, you will receive the final confirmation with the details of the House and the owners. You can use these details in the immigration form that must be filled in at the airport.

4. Once in Cuba - If you have asked for the "Welcome Service" at the airport, there will be someone waiting for you. If not, you will need to catch a taxi to get to the house. The house's owner will be waiting for you the on the selected days.

5. The payment - The price will be always the amount set in the confirmation email sent by our Location Manager. You will pay directly to the owners of the house at the moment agreed with them.

* Cancellations - It is very important that, if for any reason you cannot travel, you send us an email to cancel your reservation in order to immediately inform the house's owners.

The owners (arrendadores) pay high fixed taxes to the government, regardless of the occupancy level. Loosing days that could have been occupied by other travellers is a big lost for them.
